The hosts were very helpful and friendly. They greeted us, showed us around the house and provided some stuff that we didn't bring - toothpaste, shower gel, etc. The beds were really comfortable, so we had a great night sleep.

What makes our property so special is that it has only 2 bedrooms for a maximum of 4 (four) guests. Every morning we serve a nice breakfast at the door of your bedroom. Our house was built in 1953 and the guestrooms have been renovated in 2016 and 2023. Did you forget your USB charger? No problem, we always have several wires (iPhone/micro USB/USB-C) and a special socket for USB. Do you have a device that only runs on 110V? We have an adaptor to change from 220V to 110V. We explain about ways of transport in the area. Do you have your own (motor)bike? You can park your (motor)bike in the backyard. We'll take care of them for free. You may use our chain lock when you take your own bike with you. We have high speed WiFi. Do you come by car? We move the parking disc every 2 hours for you as part of our service or provide you with our parking licence in 2023.
We like to take care of our guests, to prepare a delicious breakfast and our family life. I am a happy and open person. :)
Our neighbourhood is usually quiet and peaceful. It's still Amsterdam, but without the usual noise you hear in the city center. After a long day in the center it is so good to have a good sleep without the noise of others. :) Our B&B is less than 2.9 km from the side of the city center of Amsterdam, so easily to be reached by bike or foot, since we think it is not safe to use the public transport in general. We are also close to the Amsterdam Sloterdijk train station that can bring you to Zaanse Schans, Haarlem, Leiden, Amsterdam Beach (Zandvoort), Den Haag and whereever you want to go. At the Amsterdam Sloterdijk train station is also a bus stop of FlixBus. It's easy to reach the Dam Square, the Anne Frank House, the Rijksmuseum, Van Gogh Museum, the City Museum (Stedelijk Museum) and many more museums.
