This villa is truly one of the most beautiful stately old houses of Amsterdam's so called Gold Coast. It has two floors, offers a lovely romantic garden where guests are welcome to sit in the sun ( if there is sun!) do their emailing or just sit and chill
Smoking is allowed only on your terraces or in the garden, preferably NOT in our house. In our living room breakfast is being served from 8 till 11 a.m. The house is full of art work and since both Xaviera and her man Philip are collectors it is almost like a museum when you walk through it.

This unique bed and breakfast, which is located in the Beethovenstraat district in Amsterdam, is hosted by Xaviera Hollander. It includes free Wi-Fi, a spacious garden with a terrace and some rooms decorated with erotic paintings.

The Stadionweg tram stop is 300 metres away and offers direct links to Museum Square and Leidseplein. Xaviera's is a 15-minute walk from Amsterdam Zuid Railway Station. The Amsterdam RAI Exhibition and Convention Centre is 900 metres away. Bicycles can be rented on site.

All rooms are equipped with a TV, airco, a king-size bed and a private bathroom. All of the accommodation at Xaviera's Bed and Breakfast has access to a private bathroom, and have tea/coffee making facilities.
